Travel and Transportation
No. The registration is set up to accept all flight information on arrival times and departure times. Please do not register if you don’t have a confirmed ticket.
Registration will OPEN on Wednesday, March 12th. It will CLOSE on Saturday, May 31st.
The Trump Doonbeg Hotel is approximately one hour from the Shannon Airport (SNN).
Yes, provided your flights are arriving on July 12th or 13th (2pm) and/or departing on July 16th. For Arrivals – provide your travel itinerary when you register. Transportation will be pre-arranged for you and your guests. We will not be arranging for your transportation to and from the hotel outside of these dates and times.
First, you will clear Customs; this should take approximately 30-45 minutes. Prior to the departure date, you will be sent an email with instructions on where to meet your transportation coach. We will include a map of the airport.
Based on the information you provide on the registration site, we will post the departure pick up manifest in 2 places: at the two morning meetings and the Gala Awards Dinner Tuesday evening.
Let us know immediately of any changes. We would prefer that all original plans stay as they are initially set up, but recognize that some things can’t be avoided. Changes can be costly. Inform us immediately of any changes – as we may incur charges for no-shows and new travel arrangements. Any additional fees incurred, you will be responsible for.
The European Commission has introduced a temporary liquid restriction to airports in the EU. Passengers are not permitted to carry liquids, aerosols and gels in containers greater than 100ml in their cabin baggage. All containers should have a manufacturer’s label indicating the exact size of 100ml or less. Without this label you may be requested to dispose of it in line with EU travel guidelines.
No, it is not necessary to rent a car. It is at your discretion if you choose to. Emerging Vision will provide round-trip transfers between the Shannon Airport and hotel.
No, you would need to rent a car at the airport.

Hotel Accommodations
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals based upon availability.
Check-out time is 12:00pm. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate any requests for late departure based on availability.
The nightly rate is €440 for a single or double occupancy. This rate is inclusive of:
- A full Irish breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
- Dinner on Sunday and Monday at on-site restaurants.
- The Gala Awards Dinner, Tuesday night.
- Full Irish Breakfast on Wednesday morning.
- And beverages coffee, tea, sodas, water and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Bottles of wine not included.

Details and Specifics for The 2025 National Meeting
- Roundtrip transportation to and from Shannon airport arriving on July 12th or 13th and departing the 16th.
- The Hotel accommodations are based on single or double occupancy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included for franchisees in your stay.
Special details on what to expect for food and beverage coverage:
- Meeting attendees will have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, lunch will be provided after the meeting and dinner will be available at the on-site restaurants.
As stated the room rate is based on single or double occupancy. If you have an additional person (outside of double occupancy) in your room, breakfast is included, however lunch and the dinner portion is not and those meals would be at your expense for the additional guests in your room.
All guests are welcomed at the Welcome Reception Sunday evening and the Gala Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening. Both events are at no extra charge for your guests.
We will kick off our meeting with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening after 6pm. The final start time will be available on your agenda on the back of your name tag.
Welcome Reception is resort casual.
The two meeting days are business casual.
Gala Awards are dressy.
Yes! It is mandatory that franchisees and associates participating be present and on time to all events, meetings and seminars.
Many of the flights start arriving into SNN at 7am. We’ll open the welcome check-in area at 9AM on Sunday morning. There will be signs at check-in to direct you to our location at the hotel. You can pick up your meeting materials and attendee badge at that time. Every person at the two meeting days will have material and or badges to pick up.
Sunday evening, we will have a Welcome Cocktail Reception. Dinner will be on your own, at either the Pub or Oceanview Restaurant. Monday’s meeting will be from 8:00 am-1:30 pm, after which you are on your own for the remainder of the day, including dinner. Tuesday, our meeting will once again go from 8:00 am-2:00 pm. On both meeting days, breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant, starting at 7AM. Please be sure to eat breakfast before you make your way to the meeting space. The Annual Gala Awards Dinner will begin on Tuesday with a cocktail reception at 6pm and will continue late into the night. All other hours are for you and your guests to enjoy.
All families and guests are invited to the Welcome Party and Gala Awards Dinner. The meeting times are specifically for franchise owners, partners, managers and staff, vendor partners and corporate staff. No outside guests will be admitted into the meeting space.
Food and Beverage
You are welcomed to dine at the Trump’s Bar & Restaurant or the Ocean View Restaurant for dinner on Sunday and Monday evening.
Yes, at check in we will have a list of available times to dine for dinner on Sunday and Monday evening.
Resort wear and Presentable dinner attire is encouraged at the restaurants.
Yes, in-room dining is available as an alternative to eating in the restaurants.
In Ireland, the customary tip is around 10% of the bill. There is a 10% service charge on the bill that is covered by Emerging Vision. If you chose to tip on top of that, it is at your discretion and will be added to your final bill when you checkout of the hotel.
