All attendees are responsible for their own airfare to and from Shannon Airport (SNN).

Airport Transfers: Transportation to and from the hotel is already arranged for everyone attending the meeting in Ireland. Airport transfers are only provided to and from Shannon Airport (SNN). If you are renting a car, and do not inform us, you will be charged for the airport transfer. The EVI team will have a printed departure manifest with transfer pick-up times that will be available during both meeting days as well as at the Gala Awards dinner. Any changes within 72 hours of departure will be at your own expense.

Airfare: When booking your flight, please ensure your arrival at Shannon Airport (SNN), before 2PM — a 1-hour drive from Trump International Golf Links & Hotel. Transportation pick-up and drop-off is included for all attendees. Please note that registration cannot be completed without confirmed flight details. Please avoid submitting false information to proceed with registration.

Arrivals: Two weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on where to meet the transportation service. This email will include airport maps and signage details to help you locate your pick-up point.

VENDOR PARTNERS: The nightly rate is £440/night for double occupancy.

SITE FOR SORE EYES: All attendees are responsible for any additional rooms outside of your complimentary room dates of July 12th through July 16th.
