Additional Information

Extend Your Stay

Make the most of your time in paradise! Enjoy a special discounted room rate of $499/night, available 3 days before or after the event. Rates are per room, per night. This does not include the meal plan.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations must be completed by May 29th, 2026.

Cancellations must be made through Hailey Metro / Jamie Erhardt. In the event you have to cancel,  please contact us no later than July 1st, 2026. Cancellations may result in a cancellation fee charged by the resort. This fee may be up to 100% of the charges. You will be responsible for any such fee in its entirety, including any portion of your stay that would have been paid for by EVI. Please be sure to arrive on Sunday, July 12th. The first event will be the Welcome Reception, on July 12th at 6pm.

No Shows

In the event of a “no-show” for any reason, Emerging Vision, Inc., will charge the total corresponding amount of all confirmed dates of stay per your requested reservation, including any portion of your stay that would have been paid for by EVI. It is each individual’s responsibility to ensure that they have all proper travel documentation (ID, passports, airline tickets, etc.).

Food & Beverage

The room rate is inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for single or double occupancy. Any additional guests per room would be responsible for lunch and dinner for themselves. All guests are invited to the Welcome Reception (Sunday) and Gala Awards Dinner (Tuesday). Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) during the entire event are included. A 10% service charge is covered by EVI, and additional tipping is at your discretion.

Additional Guests / Children

You are welcome to bring additional staff members, associates or children at your own expense. Additional accommodations can be purchased, based on availability. Additional meals for guests are not included.

Insurance

In the event that you need to cancel your trip or that the trip is cancelled, you may want to purchase insurance for your airfare or hotel accommodations.

Documentation Needed / Entry Requirements

All travelers to Anguilla are required to present a valid, current passport. Photocopies are not accepted. Please note that you cannot depart from or re-enter the United States without a valid passport.

In accordance with U.S. Department of Homeland Security guidelines, passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your planned return date. We strongly recommend checking your passport’s expiration date well in advance of travel and renewing if necessary to avoid any disruptions to your trip.

  • Ferry transportation costs of $150 RT from SXM, this is pre-arranged for you and will be billed to your room, you pay at the end of your trip
  • Anguilla’s Destination Tax for all visitors leaving the island. $39/pp to be paid when leaving.
  • Any incidental charges, including excursions, spa services, telephone calls, cigars, cigarettes, box lunches, laundry, babysitters, and all items/services from any concession shop located at the Hotel, plus the cafes in Merrywing and Rendezvous.
