Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club is approximately 10–15 minutes from Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA). You may find it more affordable to fly into St. Maarten (SXM), the ferry/boat crossing takes approximately 25 minutes, followed by a car transfer to the resort that takes about 10 minutes. Flying into St. Maarten is a common way to get to Anguilla.

Travel and Transportation
Yes. Please provide your travel itinerary at registration and transportation will be pre-arranged.
Prior to the event, you will receive an email with detailed arrival instructions including where to meet your transportation. If flying through St. Maarten, instructions will cover the ferry/boat crossing and connecting transfer to the resort. Please refer back to the Getting to Anguilla page for more details

They’ll take your bags, escort you to your vehicle, and whisk you away to the Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club. Your bags will be delivered directly to your room. Please remember to tip your driver and bag handlers — it is always deeply appreciated!
📍 Flying into Sint Maarten (SXM)?
After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, you’ll exit the terminal where your transportation host will be waiting. They’ll escort you and your bags to your vehicle and take you to the SXM ferry port, where you’ll board your ferry to Anguilla.
At the port, your driver will collect your passport and check your bags into the ferry’s holding area. You’ll then be guided to a comfortable waiting area — there’s even a small counter with drinks and snacks! Depending on your arrival time, your ferry departure may vary, so settle in and embrace Island Time.
A representative from Calypso Charters will return your passport and guide you to the boarding area when it’s time. Once on board, a complimentary drink is included with your crossing. Sit back, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy the ride.
Upon arriving at the Anguilla port, your bags will be brought to the port building for you to collect, after which you’ll proceed through the local security checkpoint. A hotel representative will be waiting on the other side to greet you and bring you to Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club. Your bags will be delivered directly to your room.
Please tip your drivers and bag handlers at each step — they work hard to make your arrival seamless.
Transportation Cost Note (SXM Arrivals):
The total transportation package, covering your ferry crossing, baggage handling, and all ground transfers to and from the hotel, is $225 per person. Your cost will be half that amount, compliments of Emerging Vision. The full $225 will appear on your hotel folio at checkout, along with a $112.50 line item credit from Emerging Vision. Your net cost: $112.50.
Based on the information provided at registration, we will post the departure manifest in two places: at the morning meetings and at the Gala Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening.

No, it is not necessary. If you’d like to explore the island on your own, taxis and car rentals are readily available.
Car parking is complimentary for all guests.
Anguilla is a British Overseas Territory. U.S. citizens do not require a visa but must have a valid passport. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Example: if you will arrive into Anguilla and depart on July 15th, be sure that your passport expires after January 16th, 2027. Most airlines will deny boarding to passengers whose passports have less than six months of remaining validity, regardless of the destination’s specific laws

Sint Maarten Arrivals/Departures
Landing in St Maarten requires one additional leg of travel to get to Anguilla. You can take a quick flight to the Anguilla airport, a 10 min flight. However, you will have to make arrangements for your flight times and account for the additional layover time. The additional cost for flight will be at your expense.
The most common and affordable way to get to Anguilla is by ferry. Your ferry trip will be greeted by Aurora Resort employees to take you to the hotel. You will check in and find your bags in your room. See Quick notes on arriving in Anguilla via ferry from Sint Maarten (SXM). Emerging Vision will offer 50% complimentary transportation fee. You will be responsible for the other 50% when you check out.
Accommodations:
- Hotel accommodations based on single or double occupancy. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included as well for single or double occupancy in store-related rooms. Additional guests past double occupancy or additional rooms will have additional meal plan costs.
Special details on food and beverage coverage:

- Lunch and dinner will be available across multiple restaurants on the property*

We will kick off the meeting with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. The reception will have passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Every guest coming to Anguilla is invited to this event.

Yes! Franchisees and associates are required to be present and on time to all meetings, seminars, and events.
We will open the welcome check-in area at 12:00 to 5:30 PM on Sunday afternoon in the Merrywing Lobby. Look for signage at check-in directing you to our registration area. Meeting materials and attendee badges will be available at that time.
Sunday evening after the Welcome Reception, dinner is on your own at any of the resort’s restaurants.
Monday’s meeting runs from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM — the remainder of Monday afternoon and evening is free.
Tuesday’s meeting runs from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
On both meeting days, breakfast opens at 7:00 AM.

The Gala Awards Dinner on Tuesday begins with a cocktail reception in the Rendevous Ballroom at 6:00 PM and continues into the evening. All other hours are yours and your guests to enjoy!
All families and guests are invited to the Welcome Reception and Gala Awards Dinner. Meeting sessions are reserved for franchise owners, partners, managers, staff, vendor partners, and corporate staff. Outside guests will not be admitted into the meeting space.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including soft drinks, premium bottled water, juices, coffee, tea, and cocktails, are included in the meal plan. Bottles of wine are not included. You are responsible for any additional gratuity you choose to provide. Alcoholic beverages are available on the meal plan from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM from all restaurants and hotel bars on the property.
In Anguilla, a 10% service charge is standard and is covered by Emerging Vision. Any additional gratuity is entirely at your discretion and will be added to your final bill at checkout. Many people on the island rely on tips and offer a great service. Additional tipping is much appreciated by the service team.
