No. Registration is set up to collect your confirmed flight information including arrival and departure times. Please do not register until you have a confirmed ticket.

Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club is approximately 10–15 minutes from Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA). You may find it more affordable to fly into St. Maarten (SXM), the ferry/boat crossing takes approximately 25 minutes, followed by a car transfer to the resort that takes about 10 minutes. Flying into St. Maarten is a common way to get to Anguilla.
Yes, provided your flights arrive on July 11th or 12th (by 4:00 PM) and/or depart on July 15th. Please provide your travel itinerary at registration and transportation will be pre-arranged. We will not be arranging transportation outside of these designated dates and times.
Prior to the event, you will receive an email with detailed arrival instructions including where to meet your transportation. If flying through St. Maarten, instructions will cover the ferry/boat crossing and connecting transfer to the resort. Please refer back to the Getting to Anguilla page for more details.
Based on the information provided at registration, we will post the departure manifest in two places: at the morning meetings and at the Gala Awards Dinner on Wednesday evening.
Please notify us immediately of any changes. Changes can result in additional costs, including charges for no-shows and new transportation arrangements. Any additional fees incurred will be your responsibility.
No, it is not necessary. If you’d like to explore the island on your own, taxis and car rentals are readily available.
Car parking is complimentary for all guests.
Anguilla is a British Overseas Territory. U.S. citizens do not require a visa but must have a valid passport. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Example: if you will arrive into Anguilla and depart on July 15th, be sure that your passport expires after January 16th, 2027. Most airlines will deny boarding to passengers whose passports have less than six months of remaining validity, regardless of the destination’s specific laws

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals based on availability.

Transportation:

- Round-trip transportation to and from the airport, arriving July 12th or 13th and departing July 15th.

Sint Maarten Arrivals/Departures
Landing in St Maarten requires one additional leg of travel to get to Anguilla. You can take a quick light to the Anguilla airport, a 10 min flight. However you will have to makes arrangements for your flight times and account for the additional layover time.
The most common and affordable way to get to Anguilla is by ferry. ferry terminal to be greeted by Aurora Resort employees to take you to the hotel. You will check-in and find your bags in your room. See Quick notes on arriving to Anguilla via ferry from Sint Maarteen (SXM)
Accommodations:
- Hotel accommodations based on single or double occupancy. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included as well.
Special details on food and beverage coverage:
- Breakfast will be available at two restaurants on property
- Lunch and dinner will be available across multiple restaurants on property*
- For beverages, it includes unlimited non-alcoholic, wine by the glass, house brand sprits, and domestic beers. It excludes imported beers, premium spirits, wine, and champagne by the bottle.
- All guests are warmly invited to the Welcome Reception (Sunday evening) and the Gala Awards Dinner (Wednesday evening) at no extra charge.
*When guests are dining at D. Richards or Tokyo Bay for dinner, you will have $80 per person posted as a credit to your check. Any charges above and beyond the credit, the guests will be responsible for.
We will kick off the meeting with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening at 6:00 PM. The final start time will be noted on your agenda and name tag.

Yes! Franchisees and associates are required to be present and on time to all meetings, seminars, and events.
We will open the welcome check-in area at 12:00 PM on Sunday afternoon. Look for signage at check-in directing you to our registration area. Meeting materials and attendee badges will be available at that time.
Sunday evening after the Welcome Reception, dinner is on your own at any of the resort’s restaurants.
Monday’s meeting runs from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM — the remainder of Monday afternoon and evening is free.
Tuesday’s meeting runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
On both meeting days, breakfast opens at 7:00 AM.

Breakfast is going to be at Chefs Table for meeting attendees on Monday and Tuesday. Please give yourself 30 minutes to eat and get to the meeting space on time. Please don’t arrive for breakfast any later than 7:20 AM.
The Gala Awards Dinner on Tuesday begins with a cocktail reception at 6:00 PM and continues into the evening. All other hours are yours and your guests to enjoy!
All families and guests are invited to the Welcome Reception and Gala Awards Dinner. Meeting sessions are reserved for franchise owners, partners, managers, staff, vendor partners, and corporate staff. Outside guests will not be admitted into the meeting space.
Food and Beverage
Aurora Anguilla features six on-site restaurants and bars, including the island’s only Steakhouse, Japanese Hibachi, 2 casual beachside restaurants, and a farm-to-table concept and poolside restaurant featuring ingredients grown in the resort’s own hydroponic farm.

Yes, however it is not included in the meal plan. It would be at your expense.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are including soft drinks, premium bottled water, juices, coffee, tea, and cocktails. Bottles of wine are not included. You are responsible for any additional gratuity you choose to provide.
In Anguilla, a 10% service charge is standard and is covered by Emerging Vision. Any additional gratuity is entirely at your discretion and will be added to your final bill at checkout. Many people on the island rely on tips and offer a great service. Additional tipping is much appreciated by the service team.
Anguilla uses Type A and Type B power outlets — the same standard as the United States (110–120V). U.S. travelers generally do not need a power adapter or voltage converter for standard devices.
